Macy’s ARROYO LAS VEGAS
MSA has worked with Macy's for over 30 years and is excited to work on their new small-format store initiative. These roughly 30k sq ft stores offer a highly curated selection of merchandise, including Men's, Women's, and Children's fashion, Beauty and Fragrances, Shoes, Accessories, and Toys. This store in Las Vegas is the first in the Western US. MSA adapted Macy's design package to integrate into this location previously occupied by a Bed Bath and Beyond store. MSA provided full architectural and design services from the original site survey to permit submittal, affecting all aspects of the project, including customer-facing and back-of-house functions. Due to this project's success, MSA will execute three more locations in California.
Macy’s Manhattan Beach
MSA and Macy’s began working together over 25 years ago, maintaining a robust partnership over the years, completing over 300 projects. Recent projects include a 54,000 sqft addition to the Manhattan Beach store and significant renovations to their Stanford and Beverly Center stores. Currently on the boards are substantial renovations in their South Coast Plaza (Costa Mesa CA) and Ala Moana (Honolulu HI) flagship stores. Our team provides survey services before working closely with Macy’s corporate Design and Planning teams to develop merchandise plans, implement new initiatives, and provide final Construction Documentation. Macy’s is an excellent example of MSA’s commitment to nurturing long term business partnerships.
