The Building Landlord has engaged MSA to refresh two (2) separate suites (5,000 sf space combined) and the Common Areas / Elevator Lobby on the 9th Floor. The spec suites were updated to be open office concept with new finishes throughout, open kitchen design and exposed ceilings. The Common Areas / Elevator Lobby received new finishes and lighting to elevate the experience of entering into the 9th Floor and into the new spec suites.
