MSA renovated an existing linear accelerator vault to accommodate new tomography equipment in this Acute Care Hospital. The design solution addressed the specific technical requirements of the equipment while creating a comforting environment for patients. To ensure proper and safe operation of the new equipment, the energy, mechanical, and radiation specifications required careful assessment. Precise positioning and alignment of the tomography equipment were critical for the operation of the system.
