Almost 10 years ago, AU energy of Fremont CA asked us to help develop a brand new convenience store to complement their Shell branded service stations. This was a ground up design opportunity where we were challenged to rethink the convenience store experience. With that call to action, the LOOP brand was born and to date, there are over 50 LOOP locations in northern and southern California.
Two years ago our friends at AU energy came back to us with an all new challenge: create another unique convenience brand but this time include the forecourt pumping stations as part of the project. This completely proprietary gas and convenience store brand is AU energy’s bid for complete autonomy in this sector.
This first location is located 50 miles north of Sacramento in Arbuckle CA. It features a full service restaurant (with outdoor seating), a beer cave, car wash, and even dog wash stations. Our fresh, clean design features a bold use of branding colors, a targeted use of branding graphics and the application of innovative technologies.
We are excited to see this brand grow and prosper!
